Paint & Sip Classes - $50 per person, guided by 40 year master painter, Jim Tindall. Includes wine and snack. Package rates for groups 6 or more.
Retreats - Prices vary according to your customized request and group size.
Honeymoons & Anniversaries - Packages begin at $895 with Welcome Gifts and extra Amenities!
Tranquil Exercises - $12 per person, guided Yoga instructor Jenny Crownover, minimum of 6 people, 60 minute session.
Vacation Rentals - Prices are seasonal and by number of guests. Fishing guides and kayak rentals available through our partners. Please call for reservations.
Outdoor & Balcony Wedding Venue - Prices begin at $2,000 for 50 people or less, which includes: full access to the home and property, connection to wedding planner

This home is nothing short of gorgeous, and our short 3-night stay wasn't nearly enough! The balcony overlooking the river is as well appointed as the interior, and we spent the majority of our time out here. We were 4 sisters coming from TX, LA and VA to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday, and there simply could not have been a better place to host his big day! Thank you Ms. Allen for everything.

A group of six of us were looking for a extended weekend stay near water...It pretty much looks just as it is presented. The patio is awesome looking out over the White River. The morning were pretty with the fog rolling over the river and the location was perfect for seeing the night sky. It is a little off the beaten path but we liked that. It took us a minute to find it as GPS got a little confused but the house was amazing. It had everything you need. We like to cook when we were together and looked the big gas stove. Also enjoyed the separate ice machine, wine frig and separate cold storage for drinks which left us ample room in the frig. The layout was great, beds comfy.

Terrific Home! Felt like I was in the Caribbean at a 5 Star Resort! Will definitely be back again! A little off the beaten track, but that's what we are accustomed to.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home for a very good price! This home had upscale kitchens amenities, beautifully decorated bedrooms, and a beautiful patio that was under roof and gorgeous! . We felt so relaxed and enjoyed watching the water at the White River. We actually met the owner also and she was very pleasant to talk too. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

First of all my friends and I have traveled all over the world. With the world being the way it is, we decided to travel to the Ozarks. After much searching, we decided on this trip we stay on the White River. We were not disappointed at all!!! This home is Amazing!!!!We spend almost all our time on the lovely and huge deck. Every detail from the high thread count sheets to the granite counter tops was just perfect. We have already made plans to return in the fall when the leaves are alive with color, and we just returned 4 days ago. OH...We saw bald eagles there every day!! Pictures just NOT do this home justice.
